Your business in Bulgaria.
A considered start.

Starting a company in a new country brings plenty of questions. We help you work through them and coordinate company formation, accounting and practical setup with the right professionals. You know what is being handled and what comes next.

A setup that fits how you work

First, we understand
what you want to build.

Your company should support the way your business actually operates. We discuss your activity, customers, ownership and plans for Bulgaria so the professionals advising you have the full picture.

01

Starting a company

You have a business in mind and want to establish it in Bulgaria. We help organise the legal, accounting and administrative work around your plans.

02

Expanding your business

You already operate elsewhere and are considering a Bulgarian company. We coordinate a review with the appropriate specialists before you decide how to proceed.

03

Moving with your business

You want your business and personal move to work together. We help plan the company setup, practical relocation and separate residence support you may need.

Built in parts.
Managed together.

Viremont is your local representative and point of contact in Bulgaria. We accompany you to meetings with banks and institutions, help present your case and follow up on the agreed administrative work. We explain what needs your attention and arrange any authorisation required for our role. We connect you with independent qualified lawyers and accountants we work with for the legal, accounting and tax services, and coordinate any required notarial work with a notary.

Company formation

We coordinate your company formation documents, registration, translations and notarial arrangements. If you need a registered address for your company in Bulgaria, we can provide one as part of the agreed setup.

Who handles it
We connect you with an independent qualified lawyer we work with, who handles the legal work for your company. Viremont coordinates the documents, appointments and follow-up with them, so you do not have to find a lawyer on your own.
What you receive
Your company documents and an explanation of the remaining setup tasks.

Accounting

We introduce your business to an accountant and organise the initial handover. From there, you work directly with your accountant on records, invoicing, reporting and the services covered by your accounting agreement.

Who handles it
Your accountant provides accounting and tax services directly to you. Viremont arranges the introduction and initial coordination.
What you receive
A direct relationship with your accountant, with clear contacts, responsibilities and arrangements for ongoing service.

Operational setup

We accompany you to banks, help present your business and coordinate documents, meetings and follow-up throughout the account-opening process. If you need credit or other banking services, we help you prepare the request and communicate with the bank. We also coordinate agreed premises and administrative needs.

Who handles it
Viremont acts as your local point of contact and representative for the agreed administrative matters, with your authorisation where required. Banks decide on account opening, lending and other services.
What you receive
Personal support at meetings, follow-up on requests and a clear view of each application's status. Property, staffing and personal relocation support can be agreed separately.

From your first idea
to a working setup.

We break the work into manageable stages. At each one, we explain what is happening, who is responsible and whether anything is waiting on you.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your business

We start with what you do, who your customers are and how you want to use a Bulgarian company. We also discuss your existing business, where you work and whether you plan to move.

    Your part

Tell us about your activities, the people involved and your preferred timing. You do not need to arrive with a company structure already chosen.

  2. 02

    Agree on the right setup

We coordinate a review with the relevant lawyer and accountant. They explain the legal and tax considerations; we bring the work together into a clear plan and written proposal.

    Your part

Review the proposed structure, responsibilities and costs. Ask questions before deciding to proceed.

  3. 03

    Prepare and register

We coordinate the documents, translations, signatures and registration work with the professionals handling your formation. You receive a checklist and updates on what is ready or still needed.

    Your part

Provide the requested information and documents, and complete the required signatures. We explain any appointments or personal attendance in advance.

  4. 04

    Get ready to operate

We arrange and attend bank meetings with you, help present your business and follow up on account-opening requirements. We can also support requests for credit and other banking services within the agreed scope. Alongside this, we coordinate the accounting handover and practical administration.

    Your part

Provide the information requested by the bank, attend required meetings and complete the necessary signatures. We explain each request and help you prepare.

  5. 05

    Know who to turn to

After the initial handover, you communicate directly with your accountant for ongoing accounting and tax services. Viremont remains your contact for the local representation and administrative support agreed with you.

    Your part

Share records and business changes directly with your accountant. Contact Viremont when you need help with banks, institutions or further practical arrangements.

and who handles it.

Your setupA personal proposal

Your written proposal sets out the agreed tasks, professional involvement, fees and payment stages. We explain it with you before work begins.

Additional costsDiscussed with you

We identify included and separate external costs. If further work or an additional expense becomes necessary, we discuss it with you before proceeding.

Ongoing supportDirect relationships

You work directly with your accountant after the initial introduction. Viremont remains available for banking and administrative support within the scope agreed with you.

We help prepare and coordinate the work; banks and authorities make their own decisions. Timing depends on the case and the institutions involved. Your lawyer and accountant assess the legal and tax position for your circumstances.
